Aaron Blake Miles

OBITUARY OF AARON BLAKE MILES August 29, 1991 – March 9, 2022 "YOU WERE CHOSEN' Born in Ft. Worth, TX, Aaron was immediately transferred from the hospital to the West Texas Adoption Agency in San Angelo, TX. In the meantime, we applied to the same agency to become parents. Within just a few short days, which is unheard of, we were given the opportunity to bring this amazing four-week-old baby boy home. Having been childless for 11 years of our marriage, we were ecstatic. Miraculously, the Most High provided everything we needed. We always knew Aaron was chosen to be our son and we are blessed to have known him and to have loved him. Amazingly, no one ever believed he was adopted because he looked so much like us…especially like Craig. It truly was a 'Yah/God' thing. At age 10, Aaron was diagnosed with rapid-cycling bi-polar disorder. He struggled with frequent mood swings, anxiety and manic attacks his whole life. In spite of that, growing up, he was super athletic. He played baseball and football, and he enjoyed skateboarding and fishing. Aaron truly was multi-talented. He could imitate any language, any character, and could sing any style of music from country to hip-hop and everything in-between. In the 6th grade, Aaron won the Principal's Award for 'Best Vocalist.' He wrote multiple songs when he was older and even wrote a cookbook in 2013. An Entrepreneur at heart, Aaron wanted to breed 'Bully' bulldogs for sale and recently applied for truck driver training with the intent of owning his own fleet of trucks some day. Aaron never met a stranger. He was funny and outgoing, had a great sense of humor and genuinely loved people no matter what their status in life. He especially cared for those considered 'an underdog' and tried to help any way he could. Aaron will be remembered for his heart of gold; his great sens e of humor; a fierce loyalty to friends; and for showing random acts of kindness. He was charming and his life was filled with wonder, excitement, adventure, and fun with some chaos mixed in here and there. He will be sorely missed by friends and family. Aaron is survived by his father, Craig Miles, and his mother, Murline Miles. He also leaves behind uncles and aunts, James and Rita Anderson, Kevin and Alice Miles, Drew and Kadeja Miles, and Melba Miles in addition to cousins and many friends.
