Joyce Taylor Collins was born in Mitchell Country, Texas July 12,1944 and died May 30,2015 in Garland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her son Randall Scott Taylor, her parents Adeline and Clifton Nowell, three infant brothers and grandmother Ollie Ellis. Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Douglas Collins of Garland and a host of cousins and friends. She was always laughing and kept those around her laughing,too. Joyce will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
