Esta Lea O'Brien passed from her earthly bondage to her heavenly home on July 24, 2020, at age 87. She dearly loved her family and friends. She was comforted at the end by Joseph and Christa O'Brien, her son and his wife. She is preceded in death by her parents Timothy and Nora Stringer, her husband James O'Brien and beloved daughter Lisa Marie O'Brien-Hernandez. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother and wife, Lea was a daughter, sister, aunt, widow, valued employee, middle-aged woman, mother-in-law, retiree, grandmother, friend, gardener, thrift store devotee. So many titles and descriptions for one person reflect all the changes she experienced in her 87 plus years. Survivors include Joseph and Christa O'Brien, many nieces, nephews, and cousins, granddaughter Anya Witt and her husband Steven Witt, great granddaughter Morgen Murphy and her many friends including Jim and Mary Crank, Allen Caldwell and spouse, Jimmy Caldwell, Steve and Sabine Eissele, Tina and Oscar Perez and everyone in her beloved neighborhood.
