Hazel Christina Caroline Jensen Carusi. Born on December 5, 1927 in Fowlerville, McComb County, Michigan and passed away on January 20, 2020 at Meredith, Belknap Co., New Hampshire with her beloved cats at her side. She is preceded in death by her husband Samuel Carusi after being married 72 years and her son Thomas Edwin Carusi. She was already preceded in death by her parents Henry Samuel Jensen and Olga Bengsston Jensen. Also, brothers Robert Henry "Bob" Jensen and Jackson Donald "Jack" Jensen. She is survived by son Richard S. Carusi and wife Janet from Cottonwood Shores, TX; and daughters Vicki Elaine Carusi of New Hampshire and Cynthia Jane Carusi a full time RV'er. Four grandchildren: Melanie Carusi of Missouri, Richard S. Caursi, Jr and wife Roxanne of California, Jimmy Watson and wife Melissa of Dallas, and Scott Zadakis and wife Rachel of Massachusetts and 3 great grandchildren. After being being stationed all over the world with Sam's Air Force career they settled in Dallas, TX where Hazel worked for IRS and Immigration and Naturalization. She was a member of Central Lutheran Church of Dallas.
