David (Mike) Wray

Mesquite - David (Mike) Wray, 78, went to be with our Lord Tuesday, June 3rd 2025.

Mike was born July 20,1946 to Fred Monroe and Marie Crouch in Dallas, TX.
He was united in Marriage April 25, 1977 to Judy Caldwell in Mesquite, TX.
Mike was a retired superintendent after 41 years with TD Industries.
Mike was a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, Brother,
Uncle and friend to many who loved him and will dearly miss him. 
 
He was preceded in death by 2 sons, John and Richie.
Those left behind to share his memory are his wife of 48 years, Judy Wray of Mesquite,
daughter Shelly and husband Gary of Henriaetta, his sons Dean Poor and wife Tammy of Saltillo,
Todd Poor and wife Tina of Royce City.
 
Grandchildren: Paul Wray, Brittany Wade, Crystal Merryfield, David Wray, David Poor,
Kenneth Poor, Jamie Guthrie, Jeremy Poor, and Presley Poor and 12 Great grandchildren.
Sister Joann Miller, daughters in law: Penny and Shannon Wray and a host of friends.
 
Do not grieve for me, know that I will be with you always. Take comfort in knowing that I have loved and have been loved.
 
It was Mike's wish no memorial service will be conducted.

My sincerest condolences to Judy and JoAnn in the loss of their dear loved one. Mike was a very special person and I enjoyed our bantering in the past. He was a straight up kinda guy and had lots of wisdom to share. To our absent member.
