Rosa M. Salinas passed away on Thursday, February 01, 2024.  She was 86.  Born February 12, 1937, in Starr County Texas.  It is of great sadness that our beloved, beautiful Mother will no longer be with us.  She will be greatly missed but will never be forgotten.  She brought such joy, love, and God’s word to all of our lives.  She was a great example of what a true Christian woman, wife, Mother, grandmother, aunt & friend should be.  She served our Lord Jesus Christ all her life.  She met her one & only prince charming Adam C. Salinas in Harlingen, TX at a football game over a bag of M&M’s.  Married for 59 years until his passing June 09, 2022.  Had four children:  Mary T. Kipness, Alma Rose Sarafzadeh, Gracie Salinas, Adan Jesse Salinas, & four grandchildren:  Jacqueline Sarafzadeh, Alexa M. Kipness, Kyley N. Kipness, Aden Lawrence.

Though she had the hardest childhood…  losing her parents at age seven.  She devoted her life in good, in love, in building up churches live Pastor Adolfo De la Garza Sr. Parkview Church & Pastor Rigoberto Jimenez, Sinai Church.  A Devoted Christian for 49 years ministering & spreading God’s words & beautiful voice.  Singing all the time to glorify our heavenly father.  Our hearts are broken but we rejoice in knowing she did not fear death & we shall see her again.  Rest in peace Moma.
