Veteran and Master Plumber John Moorman’s life didn’t come to an end with his death. John passed away November 1, 2023 at the age of 79.

John “Johnny” Moorman, Jr. passed away November 1, 2023, at the age of 79, in Tomball, TX. His battle with serious medical conditions in the recent years showed his courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, John stayed strong until the end.

John joined the Marines in 1961, and served a tour of duty in Vietnam, where he received the Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Marksman Rifle Badge. John received an Honorable discharge in 1966, and transitioned to become a Master Plumber until he retired.

John is survived by his children, grandchildren, and siblings.

Graveside service will take place on November 20, 2023, 11:30am, Dallas-Ft Worth National Cemetery.
