I hired Brian at UTD. I worked beside him for years. We went on shooting trips together and shared precious times together. I am completely stunned that he has passed. He was a good man, a good colleague, a good human being. I'm speechless.

I was living with his parents when he was born. I held him in my arms.. I may have changed a diaper or two along the way! I watched him play with my son when they were both very young. I watched him grow into an incredible young man, who would make any parent proud. He was smart, hard working, loving and giving. I know he is in a better place and find comfort in that. However, he has left a big hole in the hearts of those he has left behind. Thank you Lord for sharing him with us for a while! Forever remembered, forever loved.

Brian was always a pleasure to interact with at UT System and information security gatherings. He was quick to provide guidance and include others in conversation. He could leave a person feeling like they mattered to him. Prayers for the family.
