Garland, Texas – Vicki Lynn Turner, 66, was called home by her Heavenly Father on June 23,
2023, in Garland, TX. Vicki was born to Roscoe Cecil Turner and Vinia Mae Norris on June 4,
1957 in Charleston, South Carolina. Most of her childhood was spent in Norfolk, VA with
summers in the family home of Knoxville, TN. She resided in the Hampton Roads area of
Virginia where she raised 2 sons, Crawford Armstrong III and Jeremey Turner, that she was
forever proud of with her partner, Crawford Armstrong, Jr. In 2010 she relocated to Dallas,
Texas for new adventures.

Vicki most recently worked as a gallery attendant for Dallas Museum of Art. She had a passion
and curiosity for travel and world cultures that she largely explored through the friends, art,
and beauty of life surrounding her. She held a special passion for photography and capturing
moments that her family will continue to treasure for years to come. Vicki was an avid fan of
live events; whether they be concerts, festivals, or sports. Vicki was a strong woman and
fiercely protective of those she loved most. She is now at peace with her Lord and Savior in
heaven.
Vicki is predeceased by her parents. Vicki is survived by her son, Crawford Armstrong III and ex-
wife Jodi Armstrong, son Jeremey Turner and wife Maggie White Turner, uncle Troy Norris of
Knoxville, aunt Lana Faubion of Knoxville, and, Crawford Armstrong, Jr. of Dallas;
Grandchildren: Lindsey Turner, Peyton Armstrong, and Crawford Armstrong IV.
Eastgate Funeral Home: 1910 Eastgate Dr, Garland, TX 75041. Visitation Monday. July 3, 11 a.m. to
