Betty Sue Smith, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2023

(Easter Sunday) at the age of 94.

Born on December 19,1928, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Sue Smith

was the daughter of Andrew and Lurlene Pierce. She grew up in

Clarksville, Arkansas and attended Clarksville High School

graduating in 1946. That same year she married Kenneth Smith,

the love of her life for 57 years. Together Sue and Ken raised

two children, Richard and Stephen.

Sue Smith was a dedicated Homemaker also working for

Restoration Industries for 10 years before retiring in 1980. Sue

remained a devoted member of the Church of Christ for over 60

years.

In her free time Sue loved spending time with her family and

friends. Her kind heart, unwavering faith, and gentle demeanor

will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

She is survived by 2 sons, 6 grandkids and 6 great grand kids.

Sue Smith was preceded in death by her husband Ken, his

brother Virgil and sisters Lola, Jonnie and Estella.

A funeral service will be held on April 13, 2023 at 2PM

Graveside at Restland Memorial Cemetery.

Sue Smith will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved

her. May she rest in the Hands of God.
