Leza Renee Walker
Leza Renee Walker, 37, of North Richland Hills, TX, was taken to heaven too soon on Friday, March 24, 2023. A life celebration will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 11 am at Woodcreek Church, 3400 E Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75082. Viewing on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 5-7 pm at Eastgate Funeral Home, 1910 Eastgate Dr, Garland, TX 75041. Leza was born on October 12, 1985, in Norristown, PA. She attended High School at Northeast Academy in Oklahoma City, OK, and attended college at Oklahoma City University and Langston University in Langston, OK. Leza spent her career as an Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Leza leaves behind to cherish her memory, Mother Alicia Duffy (Harold Christopher) of Quinlan, Father Ricky Kemper (Pam) of Oklahoma City, Siblings Erica Miller (Centerious), Jessica Kemper Sumlin (Isaiah), Tyus Kemper (Glenda), and Duncan Kemper, Grandparents Roosevelt and Cynthia Calloway of Oklahoma City, and Beverly Council of Lawton, OK and Fiancée Byron McDowell. She leaves behind Nephews Apollo Miller and Kyrie Sumlin, Aunts Glynnia Denise Geathers of Daytona Beach, FL, Cheryl Walker-Hinson of Oklahoma City, Felicia Renee Kemper Baldwin, Deatrice Williams (Marc), Larry Kemper (Wendy) of Oklahoma, and Cousins Kayln Bell (Jeremy), Alvin and Devin Hawthorne, and Christian, Aleah, Zion and Jace Hinson, Kylie and Ari Bell and boundless other family, friends, and co-workers that will truly miss her. She is preceded by Great Grandmother Rutha Laws of Daytona Beach, FL, Cousin Cidne Swepson of Oklahoma City, and beloved fur-brother Deeks. I am so sorry for your families Earthly loss. While your world has been rocked to the core and grief has you in its grip, our Heavenly Father is holding your beautiful daughter. She is not sad, or in any pain...she is at peace. The PEACE that only He can provide. That TRULY does pass ALL understanding. I know THAT peace personally.
