Horace “Red” Milton Crow, age 89 died Monday, February 13, 2023, in Collin County. He was born on Saturday, April 1, 1933, in Waco, Texas.

Red was a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. In his storied life, he was a preacher, chef, salesman, catering truck driver, pest control “bug-man”, and always an avid reader. While born on April 1st, he was no fool and enjoyed celebrating his birthday when possible with twin nieces Judy and Joyce, also born on April 1st.

Red lived in many places throughout his life, from Waco to Buffalo, Pennsylvania back to Texas and then to Arkansas. He had recently moved into an assisted living facility in Sachse, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lois Crow, his oldest son Howard, and his sisters Betty Jo Morrow, Helen Farzalo and Margie Baker.
