My heart is broken that one of the funniest friends I have is gone! Mike, you lit up any room you walked in, always had that infectious smile and willing to help anyone who you came in contact with! As a fellow OPA, your Orthopedic talent I can tell everyone, was one of the best. Darn it Mike, you left us all here way too soon! Keep watching over your incredible family every day! Love ya my friend! Karen

Mike was my wonderful teammate during the SG ‘71-72 basketball season. He really made this scared sophomore feel welcomed on a senior-dominated team that was really good. I’ll never forget that. Almighty God’s comfort and peace upon Mike’s family, friends, and co-workers. I will always cherish that season with my dear teammate and friend, and I thank the Lord Jesus for putting Mike Campbell in my life!

Definitely a shock. Too many pleasant memories to recount. We can’t travel anymore or would be there. We are in assisted living. Can’t say too much about our many years together—don’t think I would have made it through the early years of practice without his help. I’m so sorry and offer my deepest condolences. Barbara sends the same.

Friend and Patient Wylie , Texas

I first met Mike when he was a PA with Dr Winans. We would refer patients to them and then they would refer patients to us. There was a few things that I had to get fixed and every time Mike would go above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Then as he started with Dr Zoys he continued to treat me and my pops Dr Michael Duren. Then just recently he was there for me and treated me like a queen. Big Mike you will be missed dearly. Gone way too soon. Thank you for your support and sweet big heart brother. Godspeed
