Harry Gerring was born on October 7, 1949, in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and departed on November 29, 2022, in Richardson, Texas. He served in Vietnam in the US Army. In his career he started out as barber, like his father before him, but when he retired he'd spent many years as a R&D Engineer for semiconductor chips. He was a true patriot and proud to be an American. He was very passionate about movies and going to the movie theater was one of his favorite activities. He also enjoyed gardening with his family.

Family was very important to Harry and he was a wonderful father and husband. He possessed sharp wit and always had jokes or heartfelt teases ready for those close to him. His humor, laughter and joy will be missed. He is survived by his wife, Minda, his son, Aaron, and his sisters, Patty & Kaye.
