George McClure Hendricks Jr. passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2022, just a week shy of his 75th birthday. Born November 22, 1947 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. George was the oldest son of George and Ruth Anne Hendricks. George spent much of his long and distinguished career as a professional Federal Saving and Loan examiner/auditor. George was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his beloved wife Teresa Beth Langley Hendricks, by his daughter Karen, his two grandchildren Katie and Christin Hendricks. His brother Tom and his wife Sally Hendricks. His sister Gayle, he is also survived by his brother-in-law Travis Langley and his wife Christe, nieces and nephews, Rachel, Grasyn, and Trey Langley, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends and co-workers.

George joined the United States Air Force in 1971 during the height of the Vietnam War. George attended and graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington with a degree in business administration.  He had a lifelong passion for the art of collecting stamps, coins, and currency: spending many hours in the pursuit of finding the perfect item to had to his collection. 

His eternal resting place will be Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Sunnyvale, TX." />
