I had the pleasure of working with Wayne for almost 20 years and the added bonus was during that time my husband Jack and I got to attend lots of parties with both Wayne and Dot. They we’re such a great couple to be with and enjoyed being together so much. One year Wayne and Dot hosted a wonderful Christmas party and we got to see their fabulous house and a Christmas tree in just about every room! They are now together again.

I was Judge Carnes' Paralegal at MSPB for many years. He was a good man and I really enjoyed our Agency Christmas parties with him and Dot. Actually, my husband sang at Dot's servic.es. I send our condolences from the McDaniel family. I'll cherish fond memories of Judge Carnes. Sharon McDaniel
