Bobbie Nelson, age 87 died peacefully and unexpectedly at Baylor Medical Center on April 1, 2019 with husband Bob, of 70 years holding her hand. Bobbie was born in McCallsburg, Iowa to Ross and Charlotte Morris. Bobbie has one sister Charlene. Bob and Bobbie were married January 15, 1949 in McCallsburg, Iowa. They raised two daughters, Vicki and Diane in Fort Dodge, Iowa. They would later locate to Paris, Texas and the then to Dallas. Bobbie was a homemaker and avid golfer. They have been living at Brookdale Senior Living since 2017. They have made countless new friends there. They are also members of Bethal Lutheran Church. Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, sister and their loved daughter Diane. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob, of the home and daughter Vicki and her husband Mike. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a niece and numerous cousins. "Memorial Services for Bobbie will be held on April 30, 2019 at the Bethel Lutheran Church, 11211 East Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75238 at 1:30 pm. Family and friends welcome.
