We are deeply saddened to share that Mickey Ann Young has passed away. Mickey died on Sunday, January 27, 2019 in Wylie, Texas at the age of 86. Mickey was born on March 8, 1932 in Sweetwater, TX. She is survived by her sister, Patsy Davidson, her daughter-in-law, Denise Young, her grandchildren, Jimmy Nielsen (Rachel), Jordan Young, Joey Eastland, Neil Young, Kevin Young, Jane Eastland and many great grandchildren. Mickey was preceded in death by her husband, Garner Young and her sons, Carl, Jimmy and Larry Young. Mickey's passions in life were her family & friends, fishing and the Dallas Cowboys. Her favorite stories to tell were about her 2 trips to the Super Bowl to watch the Cowboys and summers at the lake house with her family. She was a very caring person who always thought of others before herself and enjoyed cooking for her family & friends. A Celebration of Mickey's life will be held at 2pm on Saturday, February 2nd at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland, TX.
