Pamela Rene Funderburk passed away December 28, 2018 at Medical City of Dallas, TX. She was born in Dallas, TX on March 8, 1965 and graduated from Bryan Adams High School. She married Danny in August of 1986 and started a family. Pam had a passion for gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends. She also had a soft spot for animals. Many times she would rescue an animal in need. One time she even rescued a baby bat. She is survived by her sons, Daniel and Austin, granddaughter Kristy and brother in-law Benly . She is preceded in death by her husband Danny, her mother Barbara, and her father Jesse Louie . She was much loved and will be greatly missed by her family and many, many friends. She gave us all joy. A Visitation/Wake will be held 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 3rd, 2019 at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland, TX. Graveside service will be held in Melissa, TX at Melissa Cemetery on Friday, January 4th, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
