In loving memory of Jackie H. Napper, age 60 was born in Nuremberg, Germany, proudly serve his country as part of the 82nd Airborne Division in the US Army, serving in, Grenada, Panama, and the Gulf War in Operation Desert Storm and would later retire from the Army as a Staff Sergeant. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 10, 2018. Survived by his wife of 26 years, Lisa and his 3 stepchildren Ozzy, Ruben, Crystal and the apple of his eye, Trixie his little Chihuahua dog. His father, Jack Napper Senior, his brother Roger Napper and his wife Mary, his niece Kimberly Bailey and nephews, Jared and Joshua Napper. Aunts, Mary Parsons, Donita Reed and Roena. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at Medical City Plano and especially Dr. Gori of the VA Hospital of Dallas, TX for their excellent continued care.
