Anna Marie Boggs, 87, of Christian Care Center in Mesquite, Texas, passed away on Saturday afternoon, September 9, 2017. She was born on March 12, 1930 in Grayson County. Marie was the daughter of, Jewell and Top Pinion. She had two sisters and a brother; Frankie Friday, Claudie Pinion and her late sister Joyce Pinion.

She is survived by her; daughter and son, Peggy Snyder and husband Roger Snyder of Lantana, TX and Michael Boggs and wife Cindy Boggs of Rowlett, TX; five grandchildren, Stephanie Barral and husband James, Tammy Blake and husband Chris, Ricky Bettis and wife Melissa, Brandi Rucker and husband Justin, Matt Boggs and wife Dawn and thirteen great-grandchildren, Destiny Blake, Madison Barral, Erin Howard, Jaydyn Barral, Kellie Blake, LeAnne Blake, Harleigh Bettis, Savannah Bettis, Charlie Rucker, Miles Boggs, Luke Rucker, Kennedy Boggs, and Sydney Rucker.

Marie loved her family, grandkids and her great grand kids. Marie lived in Grayson County until her family moved to Dallas. She met her husband Hank Boggs and was married for 25 years. She later moved to East Texas where she helped manage the family farm. Marie liked staying active, reading and enjoyed being outdoors but she liked spending time with her family most. Marie will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A precious one from us has gone. A voice we loved is stilled. A place is vacant in our heart which never can be filled. Please do not dwell upon her death but celebrate her life. Mother rest in peace.

A Memorial service will be conducted at Eastgate Funeral Home Chapel, located at 1910 Eastgate Drive, Garland, Texas at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 24, 2017, with Rev. Dan Carroll, Presiding.
