The immediate burial will be done at the discretion of the funeral home.

This charge includes:

Removal of remains,
Local transportation to the cemetery, and
Basic services of funeral director and staff.

Please note this charge does not include any type of viewing of remains. Any type of preparation made by funeral home for the purpose of viewing will include additional charges.

Cecelia D. Row passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the age of 65 years old at her home in Garland, TX. Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, she is survived by her Husband, Henry Row, and her two Sons, John and Jackey Row and her Grandson, Dalton Row.
