Nina Mae McSwain , age 85, of Mesquite Texas passed away on October 2, 2016 in Watauga Texas after a lengthy illness from a stroke. She was born on August 31,1931 in Lamesa Texas to Joyce (Howard) Blevins and L.H. Blevins. Nina is a Texas native. She lived many years in Goree Texas, where she was married to Millard McSwain and raised a family. After moving to Garland Texas she worked for Texas Instruments,then for Brunswick Aerospace in California. She then moved to Dallas Texas , then Mesquite Texas.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents, her ex-husband Millard McSwain, her brother Billy Joe Morrison, her sister Melba Joy Blevins Raiden, brother Boyd Morrison, and sister in laws Betty Morrison, and Nita Morrison. And her brother in law Wendell Garner.

Nina is survived by her sister Martha Blevins Tyler, her brother L.H. Blevins and wife Melba Jean Blevins, her children Lonnie and Marsha McSwain, Billy and Paula McSwain, Judy and James Miller, her grandchildren Greg McSwain, Ashley McSwain Allsup, Brian McSwain, Amanda Clay, Jessica Boyer, Justin Vorhees, and their spouses. She is also survived by 14 great grand children., and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service not determined. She will be cremated.
