Dolores “Dee” Marie Turegano, nee Jenschke, passed away on September 18, 2016, in Baylor Hospital, Dallas, TX, following a lengthy illness. Dolores was born in Fredericksburg, TX, to Gladys and Bernhard Jenschke on August 22, 1948. Dee was a 1966 graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Fredericksburg.

She married Walter Turegano on May 9, 1970, in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Stonewall, TX and they resided in Austin, TX.

Dolores retired from Miller Blueprint in Austin in 2013, after 47 years of service. She moved to Forney, TX, where she and her sister, Ann, resided together.

Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Turegano; her parents, Gladys and Bernhard Jenschke; and two brothers, Robert and Ronald Jenschke.

She is survived by brothers and spouses, Charles and Joan Jenschke of Fredericksburg, Gerald and Donna Jenschke of Sunnyvale, and Thomas and Carolyn Jenschke of San Antonio; one sister, Ann Magness of Forney; 11 nieces and 4 nephews and their families.

Mass will be at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3030 Gus Thomasson Road, Dallas, TX on Friday, October 7, at 11:00 a.m. Cremains will be interred at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
