Born Gary Wayne Page on July 7, 1957 to Donald and Velma Page in New Brunswick, Canada. His life would take him from Maine, to Massachusetts, to Arizona, to Colorado, and finally in Texas, where he died on October 19, 2013. He is survived by three siblings: Ruth Turcotte of Caribou, Maine, Mary Wasson of Fort Fairfield, Maine, and Alan Page of Marengo, Iowa; his ex-wife Nancy Page of Dallas, Texas, and his two sons, Kyle and Keith Page of Dallas, Texas.
