Brother Richard Williams III was born September 26, 1963 in Morgan City, MO, Mr. Richard was the third oldest to the late Richard Williams Jr. and Mable Williams of Morgan City, Mr. Richard was called home on September 27, 2013 at 4:35 p.m. at Baylor Medical Center. He was preceeded in death by his late wife: Peggy Williams and father: Richard Williams II.
