Greg king was born on July 13, 1973 in Dallas and moved to heaven on September 28, 2013 in Hollywood, FL as a result of a near-drowning accident and cardiac arrest. Greg graduated from Dallas Christian High School and attended Abilene Christian University. He is survived by his parents, Duane and Donna King of Mesquite, sister Debbie King of Mesquite and brother Dr. Steve King and his wife Danae of Edmond, OK and their children: Ashlyn, Bria, Ethan, Kailey and Zoe. Also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins and a host of friends. Greg worked in the telecommunications industry as a fiber-optics technician. Visitation will be 6-8 pm on Tuesday at Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland. Funeral services will be at 10 am Wednesday at Highland Oaks Church of Christ in Dallas, followed by internment in Pittsburg, TX.
