Juan Jose Angel Trevino

Juan Jose Angel Trevino was born on March 8, 1943, in Monterrey, NL, Mexico, preceded in death by his parents Mr. Cosme and Mrs. Juanita Trevino and his sister Guadalupe Trevino Lopez. He passed away at age 75 on May 24, 2018, in Dallas, Texas, but resided in Mesquite, Texas. Mr. Trevino is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elvia M. Trevino, his children: Martin, Maria, Norma, Cosme and Carlos: 3 sisters and 2 brothers: Laura, Leticia, Francisco and Felipe: along with 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, and other family members.He moved his family from Brownsville, Texas to Dallas in 1968. His occupation was that of a truck driver. When first arriving to Dallas he worked for the City of Dallas for 5 years and then went on to continue as a truck driver for several large Freight line companies. Then eventually retiring after many years as a truck driver and on the road. After retiring they moved back to Brownsville, where he loved to be with extended family and where he called home. After being away for 6 years form their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren they decided to move back to Dallas. They all loved and missed their "LeLo" and "LeLa" very much that they couldn't wait for them to come back to Dallas. Mr. Trevino was fondly remembered asbeing friendly and very sweet and loving person always willing to help others. He loved the game of baseball in which he played and coached in his younger years. He enjoyed playing Bingo with his Bingo buddies on the weekends. A hobby of his was to collect toy car's. As much as he loved collecting, he loved to give them out to all the kiddo's. The family gatherings and Barbecuing were his best time ever he loved to see everyone HAPPY! He was a loving husband and father, he was devoted to his family which he loved very much! He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by family and friends.
