Mary Louise (O’Connell) Luscinskas joined her husband Bill, parents Irene and Clifford, and brother John in heaven on Saturday, January 27, 2018. Mary Lou was born June 12, 1933 in Freeport, Illinois and she moved with her parents to Dallas, Texas, the summer of 1956. She joined the Cathedral Club - a Catholic Singles Group - where she met her future husband, Bill. The couplewas married at St. Thomas Aquinas Church on July 7, 1963, and a year later welcomed their only child, Mary Elizabeth, on May 30, 1964. In addition to supporting Bill’s corrugated box business, Mary Lou became lifelong member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Altar Society, volunteered at the Ladies of Charity of Dallas Thrift Store, took numerous trips to Europe and invested as a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers Football Club. She and Bill were both delighted to be featured in a Dallas Morning News article on Grandparents Day 2002 and were Knights of Columbus #799 Family of the Year in 2007.Mary Lou is survived by her daughter Mary Beth, son-in-law Richard, grandchildren Katheryn and Christopher, and cat Maggie. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ladies of Charity of Dallas (P.O. Box 595666, Dallas, TX 75359).
