Hazel Dawn Coughlan (Gray) passed away peacefully on December 28th, 2017 in Mesquite TX.

She was beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Margaret Gray. Hazel had recently celebrated her 83rd birthday surrounded by her family.She will be remembered by her family for her hard work ethic, resilience and her faith in God. Hazel was a loving mom and devoted grandma and will be missed by her 5 children, Mervyn Coughlan (Mekka) (South Africa); Charmine Coughlan, Delene George (Gareth), Terrence Coughlan (Rosa), Ingrid Knighton, her 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Arthur Gray (South Africa), sisters Cynthia Cole and Pearl Jacobs (Canada).She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick (Matthew) Coughlan, brother Reverend Edwin Gray and her daughter Abigail Leach. Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Saturday January 6, 2018 at Eastgate Funeral Home. Funeral services will commence at 2:00 pm on Sunday January 7, 2018 in the Eastgate Funeral Home Chapelat 1910 Eastgate Drive Garland, Texas 75041.
