Robert H. Crawford – “Bob”

“Baby Bobby” was born October 17, 1932 in Fate Texas, son of Cleon and Jewel Elizabeth Lowry Crawford. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Edward Crawford, his wife Elizabeth (Sally), their daughter Cathy Crawford Stone, and John Crawford, his wife Billy Jean; sisters: Ruth Maxine Crawford Costello, her husband William Costello (Bill), Jeanne Crawford Isbell, her husband Jim Isbell, their son, John Reese Isbell, their granddaughter, Allison Isbell, and Jewel Crawford Bonner, her husband Jimmy Lee Bonner.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Gnader Crawford and their three daughters: Kimberly Ann Crawford Davis, her sons, Alexander “Alec” Frank Davis, Coleman Crawford Davis; Kelly Marie Crawford Wells Selaiden, her husband Bob Selaiden, her children Kendall Ann Wells Walker, her husband John Walker and Bob and Carol’s first great grandson, Graham Lee Walker, Henry (“Hank”) Dawson Wells IV, his wife Calli Redwine Wells and Clinton Crawford Wells and his fiancé Rachel Rio and Ann Crawford LaLanne, her husband Charles (Chuck) Dean LaLanne, their children, Katherine Ann LaLanne and Jake Charles LaLanne.

Bob Crawford was a graduate of the University of Texas and held a masters degree from Southern Methodist University. Bob enjoyed being an engineer and retired from Alcatel, December 1, 1996. He loved and provided well for his wife of 60 years and 3 daughters. He and his wife were faithful members of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Dallas Texas for over 50 years. He was a generous, witty, loving and gentle man who will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
