Barbara Joann Belk, 82 of Rockwall, Texas went home to be with the lord on June 28, 2017. She was born to Silas and Laura Turner in Emory, Texas on February 21, 1935. She was preceded in death by her husband James Belk and her brother Silas Turner Jr. She is survived by her children including Larry and Diana Holt, Randy Holt, Kriss Holt and Steve Bookman, Vicki and Gary Miller, Gary and Donna Belk, and Kevin Belk. She also had 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and countless number of friends, family, and loved ones who will miss her dearly. She worked in accounting for most of her life and retired from Dallas Carriers in Rockwall after almost 30 years of service. She was a longtime member of the Vale Church in Sunnyvale, Texas
