Born July 11, 1948 in Little Rock, AR and went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at her home in Mesquite, TX. She is survived by her daughter Lydia Bailey of Mesquite, grandchildren, Elizabeth Griffin, Joshua McClelland and Nathaniel McClelland of Mesquite. She is also survived by her Brother Charles David Crouch and wife Donna of Longview, sister Ana Kempfer and husband Mel of Dayton, TX. Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was proceeded in death by her husband Deloy David Bailey, both parents, grandparents and other family members.

She loved teaching music and voice lessons to many students and enjoyed teaching and serving in various churches with her husband. It didn’t matter to her who came to her house she considered pretty much all of Lydias’ friends all her children no matter how long you stuck around.

Services will be held Friday, March 3, 2017 @ 11am at Bethany Baptist Church 7300 Bruton Road, Dallas, TX. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 6-8 pm at
