Patricia Dianne Roberts was born June 6, 1951 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Ed and Jeanette Roberts. She went to be with the Lord August 22, 2015. Pat loved children and spent much of her time teaching and showing the love of Christ to all of them. At the age of 26, she accepted the call as a missionary associate in the Marshall Islands to teach pre-school children. Pat spent four years in the islands and came to love the people and the culture. Pat moved to Dallas in the early nineties and began her career in the health care industry. She was the office manager for a prominent pain management doctor for over sixteen years. She loved her fellow employees and she loved serving the patients. She was a great witness for Christ, especially during her battle with cancer. Pat loved attending First Assembly of God in Mesquite, Texas, where she ministered on a weekly basis to pre-school and kindergarten children. Pat loved Christian music and was a member of the choir for a long time. She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and brother. She is survived by her two sisters, brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
