Kevin Lee Koepf, age 26, of Garland, Texas passed away March 7, 2014 in Garland, Texas. He was raised in Haltom City, Garland and Rockwall, Texas. Kevin graduate from Rockwall High School. Kevin was a proud father, and cherished the time he was able to spend with his daughter. Kevin worked for AJ Bart where he learned and mastered running a printing press. Kevin also enjoyed family gatherings. Disc golf was Kevin's favorite sport and spent a lot of time playing different disc golf courses. He will be truly missed. We know he is at peace (without pain) now. Kevin is survived by his daughter, Colleen Koepf of Garland, Texas, his mother Karla Koepf of Garland, Texas, his father Timothy Koepf of Corpus Christi, Texas, his brother Kyle Koepf of Garland, Texas, his grandmother Karen Backemeyer of Richardson, Texas, his grandmother Johnnie Koepf of McKinney, Texas, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Jerry Backemeyer and his grandfather Jack Koepf. A memorial service for Kevin Koepf will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Eastgate Funeral Home located at 1910 Eastgate Drive, Garland, Texas at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for Funeral Expenses.
