VICTORIA MARY LOUISE HEINTZ
March 18, 1947 – October 20, 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved and greatly missed mother, aunt, sister, and friend, Victoria Heintz. Victoria lived effortlessly, loved endlessly, and was the sunshine in the life of many people. Her vivacious personality, and contagious laugh filled any room she was in, and when you spoke to her, she made you feel like you were the most important person in the world. She made you feel comfortable, she made you feel heard, and she would fold you into her family.

Victoria was born on March 18, 1947 in Northhampton, England during the post World War 11 reconstruction in Europe. She was the only daughter of five siblings. She completed her primary and secondary education in England.

She met the love of her life, Tim Heintz, an American GI, at a tea dance in England. It was love at first sight, and shortly after marrying they
emigrated to the United States. They were married for 35 years and had two children.

After her first career in Adminstrative support at General Dynamics in Garland, Texas, her second act was working as an Administrative Assistant at Edward Jones.

Victoria loved to travel, she loved to entertain, she loved music, especially the Beatles, and she loved to spend time with family and friends. Her happy place was being surrounded by family, especially her children. She also loved being outside, taking long walks with her faithful puppy companion, Winston.

Victoria was predeceased by her parents, Bert and Bridget (Dodd) Prickett, her older brothers Jim Dodd (Connie) and John Dodd, her younger brother Archie Prickett (Marilyn), and her husband Timothy Heintz. She is survived by her sibling Patrick Prickett (Anne), her two children Sarah and Matthew (Stephanie) and many loving nieces, nephews and family members across the world.

Victoria is no longer with us, but her smile, her laugh, her stories and her presence live on forever in our hearts. She was ‘practically perfect in every way’.

Beneath all of this grief, there is so much gratitude. You taught me that family is about so much more than blood, it’s about who shows up, who stands by you and who makes sure you never feel alone. The way you loved me and showed up for our family, especially my mom, filled places in our hearts we didn’t even know were empty. I will forever be grateful for the way you stood by her and made sure she knew she was never alone. Until we meet again, I will carry you with me in everything I do. Keep rooting for me, i’ll keep making you proud. I love you Auntie Vic My darlin, until I hear you say it again. 🕊️

We here at the clinic are so sorry for the loss of Ms. Victoria. She was a special woman to all of us. I will miss her dearly. After I met her and Winston, I made sure I was always available when she came for a visit. We would just laugh at nothing and at everything. She always made my day easier. Winston was the best boy. We always wish all our clients fur babies were as sweet as he is. Even with a simple phone call the day seemed brighter after talking to her. She is so very much missed here at the clinic.

I still can’t believe I’m writing this. To me, Vick wasn't just a close friend; she was chosen family. My life was forever changed because of the laughs, the tears, the looong talks, and especially the love and support we shared. We always joked about how we were introduced by Sir Elton John, and this simply was a sign of how special this two queen’s relationship would be, forever. She was and will always be a huge part of our lives, our stories and our memories. My dear Vick , I miss you tons ‘my dah-ling’ 🤍 Ta-ta for now.
