Ti Mo was born in Myanmar and raised as a farmer, surviving on hunting and harvesting.Despite their current situation, she works hard to support her four children, whom she loves very much. Due to a conflict along the Myanmar-Thailand border, they fled to Thailand later in 1996 and lived in refugee camps. She relocated to Dallas in 2009 after moving to the United States with her family. Since then, she has been residing here. Her children and grandchildren make sure she is at ease and adjusts well to the challenges of moving to a new nation with unfamiliar customs and languages. We adore her.
