Mila Lu Sartoris (Denton) Garland, Texas May 30,1933-February 2, 2021 Lu was a wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Her journey began in Cambell, Texas on May 30,1933. She graduated from Caddo Mills High School. Lu worked 31+ years for Garland ISD where she found a passion in managing the NGHS Basketball gym and working Football games for the Garland independent school district. Whenever she had a spare moment she could be found working in her extravagant flower garden, and playing with her little dog Coco, one of the many things she held near and dear to her heart. Lu is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Victor A Sartoris; son, Victor A Sartoris III; daughter-in-law, Sheila Sartoris; and two grandchildren, Hailey Sartoris and Chelsie Odle-Manley along with her spouse, Justin Odle-Manley; sister-in-law, Ann Denton; brother in-law, Dave Sartoris; sister in-law, Margaret Mcvay; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Burley E Denton Sr. and Mattie Lue Jared Denton; one brother, Burley E Denton Jr. (BE).
