Jonathan (Cody) Dakota Taylor, of Dallas, Tx, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the age of 26. Jonathan was born to parents Mary Lynn Yarbrough Gilley and Tony R. Taylor on January 7, 1993 in Dallas, TX. Jonathan was a dedicated son and friend. He graduated from South Garland High School in 2011, where he met many of his lifelong friends all who describe him as a funny, outgoing man that was always there to lift a helping hand no matter who you were or when you needed him. In 2014, he fulfilled one of his biggest goals by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. His smile, goofiness and hugs that only he could give will forever be missed. He is preceded in death by his parents. His memory will forever be carried on in the hearts of his family, friends and fellow Marines. Till Valhalla
