Barbara Lea Brown age 60 fell asleep in Christ on September 2, 2024, with her loving family by her side. Barbie was born in Dallas, TX on December 28,1963 to Harvey Jean Brown Sr. and Barbara Helene Brown. Barbie was in Home Health Care for many years, following in her mother’s footsteps. She was a country girl by heart, loved family gatherings especially at the lake, and always brought the fun. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, friend and much more.
She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Barbara Brown, her late husband Mark Anderson, chosen son Jeremy Morris, and nephew Adam Nun.
She is survived by her five daughters Christina, Sarah Ricci, Brooke, Laurie and Summer. Adopted daughter Ashley Nowell. Son-in-laws Ryan Commons, Trevor Ricci, Jesse Johnson, Robby Hodge and Corbin Long. Grandchildren Paige, Buster, Corlyn, Kush, Kyle, Cole, Silo, Willow, Ledger, Sada, Everleigh, and great grandchild Riley. She is also survived by her sisters, Vikki Brown, Deborah Hester, Teresa Potter, brothers Harvey Brown, Paul Brown, and Chuck Brown, numerous nieces and nephews.
Barbara was known as “Barbie Brown the Meanest Girl in Town” but was the sweetest soul anyone could ask for. She will be greatly missed.
