Sheri Wells, a devoted mother, wife, grandmother (Noni), daughter, sister and friend
went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 30, 2024. She was in the loving arms of
her husband when she passed. She was married to David Wells and they had a
beautiful marriage for over 27 years. They were best friends.
Sheri was preceded in death by her daughter, Natalie Wells and her father-in-law, Don
Wells. She is survived by her husband David Wells, her children Brandon Wells
(Candice) of Colorado, Lauren Mullens (Jay) of Royse City and 4 precious
granddaughters, Berkleigh and Addison Mullens and Holly and Rosalie Wells, her
parents Gary and Joyce Walker, mother-in-law Patsy Wells, sister Terri Bantau (Rainer),
sisters- in-law Sharon Lewis (Ted) and Brenda Tumlinson (Bryan) and many nieces and
nephews.
Sheri was the Human Resource Director for Bank of America in Dallas/Richardson for
over 30 years. She ended her career with the City of Greenville, Texas as the Director of
Human Resources for over 5 years. Sheri attended the First Baptist Church of Dallas for
over 30 years with her husband. They were active members of the Acts 242 class.
A light to all around her, Sheri encouraged those she encountered to become the best
version of themselves. She leaves a rich legacy of love in her wake and she will be
greatly missed by all who knew her.
For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in
Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
