IN LOVING MEMORY

Mary Geraldine (Landerwermeyer) (Williams) Hadidigan November 23, 1931 - July 7,
2024.


It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mary,
she passed peacefully in her sleep on July 7, 2024. She will be dearly missed by her
family and friends. She was a beacon of strength, creativity and mostly love—a
mother, wife and a trailblazer who inspired and loved us all.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jack Haddigan, her parents, her
six siblings and one granddaughter.
She is survived by her nine children, 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, 2
step children, 2 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren.


Mary was an amazing woman. She did so much in her life, she had 2 men who loved
her until the day they died. She raised 9 great kids, who have gone on to lead very
productive lives.
She had a great career in the Apartment business where she was a vice-president of
Dal-Tex Capital Corp. She oversaw their apartment communities in the state of
Texas and Oklahoma. Mary was a charter member of the Apartment Association of
Greater Dallas, where was inducted as a Lifetime member in June 2007. She also sat
on the Board of Directors of the National, Texas and Dallas Apartment Associations.
In order to give residents an amazing experience, she helped create a program to
certify apartment maintenance workers. She won the “Legend of Education” award
from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas for 1995-1996.


Mary was very creative and artistic Her hobbies included, but not limited to, China
painting, porcelain doll making, lace drape dolls, quilting, machine embroidery,
among many other talents. She was President of the Waco Porcelain Artist Guild in
1995 and President of the Texas Federation of Porcelain artists also in 1995. She was
also a longtime member of the Dallas Porcelain Artists.
