Mark touched so many lives and had so many friends he loved and they loved him. Our deepest appreciation goes to his life-long friend, Clay Booth, who did not miss a day caring for his friend at the hospital, long-time friends, Gary & Kathy Prough and son Mason, who visited him and took care of business for him in his final weeks. His VA friends who visited him. And .WOW so many Brothers and Sisters at IBEW! Thank you, Deacon Randy Engel at St. Joseph's for his visits and ongoing prayers.. On our last visit the day before he passed, I assure you he was ready to meet his maker and at such peace with Our Lord. We remember Mark, our little brother, so fondly. His personality and his caring for others was unmatched. His love of God and his faith made him who he was. He took such pride in his family and was always there for us. Thank you all who send condolences. We appreciate you and your memories. He is surrounded by all the angels and saints forever. As Gary said, “he has his wings now!”

Mark, Bob Chandler, and Pat Jolly, the Three Musketeers, enjoyed dinner before E-board meetings. They were members of the IBEW 20 Executive Board together, I “met” Mark through Pat before ever seeing him in person. His greeting to me, finally, in person, and my response to him sealed our friendship. I’m forever thankful I knew Mark. He was a faithful Catholic (something we share) and a true friend to those he loved. He also put differences aside, prayed for and loved those with whom he had disagreements. He will be forever missed. He will get forever loved. Thank you for the great memories, Mark.

I am his oldest daughter I was born in 1985 would just like to send prayers and condolences to all the family that I do not know and would love to meet. I only met mark a few times since I was 18. Bout 5 times. But I used to speak to him all the time over the phone. I didn't know he was sick. I knew he had heart surgery but I haven't spoken to him in almost a year and a half.

I am Mark’s daughter, born in 1987. and I am so sorry to hear of his loss…. I pray that the Lord would bring comfort as only He can to those who are missing my father right now. I am not sure how many people know about me. I met him once when I was twelve and talked on the phone a few times. I always wanted to know him better and to know my siblings. I have prayed for all of you for years because I did not know how to make contact. I would love to get to know the family if anyone is interested. May the Lord wrap His loving arms around you in this difficult time.
