Ronald Eugene O'Neil was born on February 8,1938 in Oil City Pa. but thought of himself as a Texan through and through. He passed away on March 22, 2013 in Allen, Texas. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He loved NASCAR, traveling with his wife, Dolores, spending good-times with his brother Jim and wife Vivian, cooking out on the grill and sharing chips with his little dog Max. He was a gifted storyteller and could keep you laughing. He is survived by his wife Dolores, brother Jim, children Ronnie, Andrea, Stuart, and Kelly, twelve grandchildren, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
