Billy Ray Johnson
Billy Ray Johnson was a devoted father, loving son, brother and loyal friend whose life touched everyone who knew him. He was known for his strong work ethic, generous heart, and willingness to help anyone in need. Billy's presence brought comfort, laughter, and strength to those around him.
Above all else, Billy was most proud of being the father of his daughter Lauren Lani Johnson. She was his greatest joy, his motivation, and the center of his world. His love for her was deep, unconditional, and unwavering.
Billy was the kind of person who showed up for others, Whether family, friends, or strangers, he gave freely of his time and heart. To many, he was more than a friend- he was family.
He found peace in fishing and being outdoors, especially when spending time with his family. Those quiet moments brought him comfort and remain cherished memories for those who shared them with him.
Survived by:
His beloved daughter, Lauren Lani Johnson; the mother of his child, Jasmine Sierra Sanders; and his Brothers, James Harold Johnson (Junior), Justin Martin, Reno Johnson, Michael Martin (buddy).
Preceded in Death by;
His Mother, Rhonda Jones Johnson, and his father, Michael Ray Martin.
Memorial Service:
A memorial service honoring the life of Billy Ray Johnson will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Eastgate Funeral Home, located at 12973 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Garland, Texas 75041. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate his life.

Billy's love, strength, and legacy will forever live on through his daughter and through the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
